    The wood frame measures 15" tall x 13 1/2" wide. The document is Signed and has a Seal of 1847 on it. Pre-owned Condition. The frame has pieces of the fancy gilt work coming off. The more you handle the frame the more the pieces come off. The document is sealed inside the frame. The document has expected age wear being 173 years old.
