Delivery Commitment
We make every effort to ensure that all items listed in our store have the Availability accurately noted. However, we may find that one of more of the items you order are not readily available. Shipping & Handling
Processing begins on the business day following payment receipt - excluding weekends and holidays. Therefore, orders paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following Monday. We observe the following US Holidays: New Year’s Day (January 1), Memorial Day (Late May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (Early September), Thanksgiving Day (Late November) and Christmas Day (December 25). Orders are processed in the order that they are received FREE SHIPPING TO THE USA - excluding AK or HI - they may incur additional shipping fees. International shipping is through Global Shipping in Kentucky U.S.A. and buyer is responsible for international rate thereafter.
Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.
Please contact us with any special shipping requests or to add insurance. Insurance is an additional charge. Once an order is placed into the hands of the shipper, we can no longer be responsible for the item if it is lost or stolen in transit or when delivered. We will take the appropriate measures to resolve the issue.
Combined Shipping: Buyers who pay for all items at once using eBay checkout within the first 24 hours of payment will automatically get shipping discounts. A Combined Invoice must be received by Winters Recreation (Formerly Centre Motor Sports, LLC.)
International Buyers: If an item is restricted from shipment outside of the United States, we will contact you and refund your purchase. International fees or customs are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are levied after shipment and therefore out of our control. USPS does not track international packages. International Priority Mail will only show proof of label. International First
Class will show receipt that the item was accepted by an USPS employee.
Payment
PayPal or credit card payment is required within 3 days of purchase. Minnesota Tax: Minnesota residents or local pickup are responsible for the 0.06875% sales tax.
Loss/Damaged Shipments
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged, please adhere to the following: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a tracer on the shipment.
NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost.
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, only open it in the presence of the carrier. Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damage/refuse the package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim.
Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. We will work with you throughout the insurance claim process. Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the items claimed or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.
Returns
Returns are accepted with prior approval within 30 days after receiving the item. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Refund will be for the amount paid less the 20% restocking fee and shipping fee (including if the item had free shipping). Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are excluded on worn, used or damaged items. Item must be in same condition and include original packaging with original invoice. We will promptly refund your purchase price when we receive the item and inspect it for restocking. If damage is found, we will contact you and partial credit or no credit at all may be given. Please keep a copy of your tracking number and ship back to Winters Recreation (Formerly Centre Motor Sports LLC), 1184 Main St S, Sauk Centre MN 56378.
